Project #2: Community Conservation - Kirtlands Snakes and habitat in Brown County, OH

GCHS member Todd Rosenhoffer has been working closely with officials in Brown County, OH concerning propsed development of critical Kirtlands Snake habitat

The Kirtland's Snake is a threatened species in the state of Ohio, and was (until Todd's discovery) undocumented from Brown County.

After meeting with officials about the possible complications of building on the habitat of a threatened speices, it appears as if the plans have been stopped.
